Unigene is a top Biopharmaceutical Firm with their new headquarters in Boonton, NJ. The firms President and CEO Warren Levy, Ph.D. wanted the headquarters to be functional, aesthetically impressive and environmentally friendly. With that in mind, TSC Design Associates, Inc. developed a concept that used a furniture solution of Dirtt walls (not drywall) and a full array of Kimball Office products.
Dirtt Environmental Solutions provided TSC’s design team a way to customize the door design to the perimeter offices, allow natural light and privacy for the managers as well as saving the cost of having added millwork to the project.
Kimball products included; Xsite, Footprint 54” high workstations to allow natural light, seated privacy with wood trim to match the Dirtt custom featured door and extrusions; Footprint to maximize the work surface and filing for document storage as well as saving cost; Innsbruck Casegoods represent the two senior executive offices with a unique balance of elegance and functionality.
